Web app for easy debt collection.
The client is an early stage startup, located in San Francisco Bay Area. Their app allows its corporate customers to significantly increase financial liquidity by utilising the in-house-made AI to automate the b2b receivables management.

Background


The client has launched a financial startup that is designed to ease invoices and debts management, thanks to innovative artificial intelligence algorithms, machine-learning all of which minimise the chase and maximise the chances of settling corporate and private debts out of court.

 

Project


Uniqrn has participated in research to provide a solution to key challenges that users might face from easy onboarding flow setting up new users to main functionality that allow to track and manage debts and invoices of different status. Iterative approach to prototyping and user testing allowed to set user retention on a high level from the start and track user experience with no stumble.

Results

Tight collaboration with the client's managers and their customers helped to prototype, design and iterate the first release of the app within 8 weeks. Uniqrn is supporting the growth of the product and participates in scaling and fitting it into the changing landscape.
